DP 1000 DPR 1000 - Pneumatic dosing machine (heated)

Semi-automatic machine for the dosing of liquid products, creams and heated products. DP could be supplied in two versions, bench type or with handling trolley, and for both models there are normal and heated (DPR) versions. Thanks to 3 different electronic controllers that regulate heating intensity in different parts of the machine, the DPR can easily dose the harder products too.

The highest speed

The valve, driven by the pneumatic cylinder, enables a large passage to the product during the dosing phase, allowing the DP (DPR) to reach high speeds even with very dense or foamy products.

The maximum repeatability

DP (DPR) can dose a quantitative from a minimum of 40 ml. up to a maximum of 1000 ml., keeping an excellent repeatability of the dosing quantity. The adjustment of the dosing quantity is carried out by a graduated hand-wheel placed on the rear part of the machine.

The utmost safety

DP (DPR) is made completely of stainless steel. A set of cases covers completely the DPR, protecting the operator from burnings.

Easy adjustment and moving

The filling machine is installed on a structure with height adjustment and, thanks to the 4 wheels placed under the base, can be easily moved.

Flexibility

The connection flange for the product feeding pipe is supplied on customer’s request.
The pneumatic system is conceived to allow 3 dosing systems only rotating the selector: in single cycle (with single dosing supplied only every time the start button is pressed); in continuous cycle (pressing the start button it carries out the dosing cycle continually until the stop button is pressed); in automatic cycle (it carries out the dosing cycle as soon as it receives an external signal of start dosing and it gives a signal of end dosing as soon as the cycle is finished).
The gaskets of the dosing cylinder are adapted to the product, in order to obtain optimum filling efficiency and accuracy.
