This filling and capping line allows to fill any kind of bottle and provides for the capping or screwing of its relative cap. It allows to handle a wide number of different products, liquid, dense, semi dense, etc. besides being extremely easy to manage.

The line is made of:

LINEAR FILLING MACHINE – RL 300 mobile 3/5 stations 3/5 dosing devices

This new machine, thanks to the innovative in line bottles transport and positioning system, which doesn’t provide for the replacement of parts at format, is absolutely necessary for those who want to achieve a good productivity even dealing with a high number of different kinds of bottles and products.
Below the main distinguishing features of this machine:
- in line machine with 3 or 5 dosing syringes;
- modular design which ensures a high productivity combining different transport and dosing groups;
- applicable to all bottles shapes and dimensions just making some easy adjustments and changing some settings on the operator panel, without the need for replacing parts at format;
- even higher number of settings which further adjust the dosing operations to further optimize the production quality and speed, for the most diverse types of products;
- 3 different motor drives servo interpolated to activate the product dosing, the nozzles carriage movement and the bottles positioning movement under the dosing area;
- 3 extremely robust and precise volumetric dosing devices.

ROTATING CAPPING MACHINE - Electronic 6 stations TG

This rotating capping machine is made of the following parts:
- 6-station bottles rotating transport
- Height-adjustable cap detector and capping system
- 1 station arranged for screwing or pressing the caps equipped with pneumatic or mechanical contrast anti-rotation device. The activation or deactivation of the screwing or pressing function and the system height are adjustable via touch screen.
- Upon request the cap feeding and positioning on the bottle can be inserted
