What the machine consists of

The machine consists of a 500 l or 750 l heated tank to feed the product, a special filling system with gear pump driven by a brushless motor, panel with touch screen technology, heated and insulated pipe connecting the pump to the filling gun, filling gun with integrated command button, pipe and filling device heating system managed by thermo regulators, cabinet with interlock switch to contain the electrical components, connection system of the filling pump to the tank by means of a clamp connection, heated filter between the tank and the filling device, articulating arm with pulley to support the filling hose and allow the operator to use the filling gun more easily, a carriage to transport the tank-filler.

Types of filling

By means of the only button present on the filling gun, you will be able to perform the kind of filling that you prefer:

• Filling at sight: for as long as you hold down the filling button, the product comes out, allowing you to fill any container to the wished level. The volume you are filling is always displayed on the control panel;

• Filling per volume: if you set a volume on the operating panel, if you press and then release the button, the filling device doses the product and then stops when it reaches the set volume.

• Stopping the filling: while you are filling per volume, if you press again the button the filling immediately stops.

Views and settings

• The adjustments you can make are many, among which: filling volume from a minimum of 10 cc to a maximum of 9999 cc for each filling; filling speed from a minimum of 10 cc\second to a maximum of 120 cc\second (having a servo motor torque control which preserves it from any possible inconvenience, if the product you have to dose is very viscous, the speed is adjusted at the maximum speed it can develop); filling quantity, you can set the quantity you want to fill during a certain work session (such as for example 500 kg). When the set quantity is reached the machine doesn’t allow to fill anymore and it displays the message reached production.

• The same for the views present on the control panel, we just mention some of them: continuous view of the filled volume; servo motor working torque; any possible alarms or messages; machine complete dosage, etc..
