Line fit for the production of hot wax discs having an external diameter of 57 mm (the traditional ones) and a weight ranging from 20 to 25 g approximately.
In case different diameters or shapes are requested, our technical office is at your disposal.

What the machine consists of

The basic machine is made of a series of micro-filling devices (12 or 6 in the case of MACIA 3000) moved by brushless servomotors, a set of special containers (of variable quantity depending on the machine model) for forming and then cooling down the wax, with extractable bottom in order to extract the discs once formed and mounted on a special transport chain at variable speed, a cooling tunnel, an extraction system for cooled down discs and a set of conveyors for discs evacuation from the machine and their collection.

A model for every need

Our range includes 3 types of machines. The MACIA 8000 (the most popular) produces up to 8000 discs per hour and the MACIA 12000 produces up to 12000 discs per hour. We have also added another machine to these 2 models: the MACIA 3000, able to produce about 3000 discs per hour. In addition to being slightly more compact, the various control systems that other models are equipped with have been omitted, thus rendering the machine much more affordable, even for smaller productions.

Upon request, you can also emboss your brand on each disc produced, rendering the discs unique and recognizable.

With or without packaging

Each of these machine models can be supplied with or without a plastic bag packaging system.
